Brian R. Sullivan
Brian R. Sullivan founded the firm in 1991. Mr. Sullivan has a general practice of law, concentrating in civil cases - including those involving commercial, contractual, employment disputes, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and medical malpractice, in both federal and state courts. In addition, his practice includes criminal defense, residential and commercial real estate transactions, wills and trusts and probate administration.

In 1984, Mr. Sullivan received a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law. In 1981, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart College.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Middlesex County Bar Association and the Lowell Bar Association.

Richard J. Regan
Richard J. Regan is of counsel with the Law Offices of Brian R. Sullivan. Mr. Regan concentrates his practice to personal injury law including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall and medical malpractice. In addition, Mr. Regan is the Second Assistant Registrar at the Middlesex North District Registry of Deeds located in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Brian R. Sullivan, Mr. Regan was an associate of the Law Offices of Ronald A. Martignetti in Boston, Massachusetts.

In 1984, Mr. Regan received a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law. In 1981, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.
